Shipping policy
Overview
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order ships.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing time.
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination and package size)
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 before taxes and after discounts are applied. This offer applies to qualifying addresses within the United States only. This does not include stained glass shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at chelsea.alchemydesigns@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
